2. Digital Educational Products

2.1 Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under EU consumer protection law, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase for digital content and services purchased at a distance. However, for digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, the right of withdrawal may be waived if:

  • You explicitly consented to immediate delivery during the purchase process.
  • You acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal once delivery began.

If you did not provide such consent and acknowledgment, you may withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason.

2.2 Refund Eligibility for Digital Products

  • Technical issues: Full refund if you are unable to access purchased content due to technical problems on our end that we cannot resolve within 7 business days.
  • Duplicate purchase: Full refund for accidental duplicate transactions, verified upon review.
  • Content misrepresentation: Refund considered if the delivered product substantially differs from its published description.

2.3 Non-Refundable Digital Products

Refunds are generally not available when:

  • You have accessed, downloaded, or streamed the full digital content and explicitly waived withdrawal rights at purchase.
  • The refund request is made more than 30 days after purchase without a valid reason as outlined above.
  • You purchased content during a promotional sale where refund terms were explicitly stated as limited at checkout.

3. Programs and Consulting Services

3.1 Structured Programs and Challenges

For multi-week educational programs (such as Foundation Builder, Circuit Explorer, or Strength at Home):

  • Before program start date: Full refund if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled program commencement.
  • Within first 7 days: Partial refund (50% of purchase price) if you have completed less than 25% of program materials and provide written feedback explaining why the program does not meet your expectations.
  • After 7 days: Refunds are not typically available unless exceptional circumstances apply (see Section 6).

3.2 Consulting and Guidance Sessions

For scheduled consulting or guidance sessions about home workout planning:

  • Cancellation 48+ hours before session: Full refund or free rescheduling at your choice.
  • Cancellation 24–48 hours before session: 50% refund or one free rescheduling.
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before session: No refund, but rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.
  • We cancel the session: Full refund or priority rescheduling.

4. How to Request a Refund

  3. Date of purchase.

  5. Reason for the refund request.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed as follows:

  • Payment method: Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for purchase.
  • Processing time: Refunds are initiated within 5 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Currency: Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original transaction (typically SEK or EUR).
  • Partial refunds: When a partial refund is approved, the amount will be clearly communicated in our response email.

We do not charge refund processing fees. However, any currency conversion fees imposed by your bank are outside our control.

6. Exceptional Circumstances
